Embroidery is a durable & high-quality method that is ideal for corporate wear, such as polo shirts or upscale promotional items. Printing, however, offers more versatility in design & can be cost-effective for larger quantities & detailed multi-coloured graphics.
Items that have been purchased for sampling but not yet branded can be returned and refunded or exchanged.
Items must be returned within 30 days in an unworn/unused condition to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
If your order has began personalisation or has already been branded, we are no longer able to offer a return.

Your own belongings are welcomed to be used on our machinery, however at the customer's own risk and responsibility.
Once personalised, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
