Embroidery is a durable & high-quality method that is ideal for corporate wear, such as polo shirts or upscale promotional items. Printing, however, offers more versatility in design & can be cost-effective for larger quantities & detailed multi-coloured graphics.
Items purchased for sampling but not yet branded can be returned for an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, items must be returned within 30 days and in unworn/unused condition. Please note that if your order has started the personalisation process or has already been branded, we cannot accept returns. If you need support with this, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You are welcome to use your own belongings on our machinery; however, this is at the customer's own risk and responsibility. Once your order has been personalised, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
